Roger Bloss

Roger Bloss joined Red Lion Hotels Corporation in September 2016 in conjunction with the acquisition of Vantage Hospitality Group. Roger brings more than 40 years of hospitality experience. Prior to joining the company, he served in executive positions with several major hotel franchise companies and founded Vantage in 1996. Under his leadership, Vantage became a top 10 global hotel company. Roger was named Lodging Magazine’s “Innovator of the Year” in 2006 and 2010, as well as HSMAI’s “Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Sales and Marketing” in 2009.

Mr. Shah founded the Noble organization in 1993 to specialize in making value-added and income investments in the lodging and hospitality sector. Through its private equity real estate funds, Noble has invested more than $3 billion in upscale select service and extended-stay hotels in communities throughout the United States. As a fiduciary to state pensions, university endowments and foundations, Noble’s endeavors are to help preserve and grow our limited partners’ capital which provides retirement benefits for our country’s teachers and firefighters as well as the financial resources for students to attend our best colleges and universities. Mr. Shah presently serves as Chairman of the Board of LaQuinta Holdings Inc. a leading owner, operator and franchisor of select-service hotels representing more than 85,000 rooms located in 47 states, as well as Canada and Mexico. In addition, Mr. Shah is President of Marriott International’s MINA board, an owners' board member for Hyatt Hotels Corporation and a member of the Industry Real Estate and Finance Advisory Council of the American Hotel and Lodging Association. Mr. Shah is an active supporter of educational objectives and is currently serving his third term as a member of the Board of Trustees for his alma mater, Wake Forest University, and is also an executive committee member of the Woodward Academy governing board.

Suril Shah

Managing Director & Asset Management at Starwood Capital Group

Suril Shah is a Managing Director and Head of U.S. Hotels at Starwood Capital Group. In this role, Mr. Shah oversees the Firm’s hospitality acquisition and asset management activities across the United States. Since June 2011, he has led Starwood Capital’s U.S. Hotel Acquisitions team. Since October 2014, he has also led the Firm’s Select-Service Hotel Asset Management team. Mr. Shah also serves as President of SH Group, Starwood Capital Group’s hotel brand management company that oversees the development and management of the Firm’s two luxury and lifestyle hotel and residence brands, 1 Hotels and Baccarat Hotels & Resorts. In this role, he oversees the operations of SH Group-managed hotels, including development, sales, finance & accounting and human resources. After joining Starwood Capital in 2005, Mr. Shah spent three years in Paris as a member of the management team of Groupe du Louvre, which owns, manages and franchises more than 1,000 hotels throughout Europe, in addition to over a dozen luxury hotels. Mr. Shah was previously with Gleacher Partners, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions across all industries. Mr. Shah received a B.S. degree in management science & engineering from Stanford University. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Hersha Hospitality Management and InTown Suites.

Linda Wilson

Linda has 30+ years of hospitality industry experience related to new development and acquisition analysis, valuation, branding and management selection assistance, and financial and operational analysis. Linda began her hospitality career with Marriott International and prior to founding Key Advisors, Linda was a Principal and Director of the Southeast Hospitality Consulting group at Arthur Andersen. Linda holds an MBA in Finance from University of Missouri – Kansas City and a B.S. degree from the School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University. Linda is a member of ISHC and AHA, has authored numerous articles on hospitality real estate issues, and has been a guest speaker at various industry programs. Linda is a member of the MSU Hospitality School Advisory Board and also serves on the Board of Directors at Hotel Equities, an Atlanta based hotel management company.
